Here we present a light recipe different from the others, it is very easy to make and requires a minimum amount of elements and time to prepare it. It is basically prepared as chicken and some vegetables, in case some ingredient is not to your liking you can change it for a similar one.

This recipe for light stuffed chicken rolls is very rich and is specially designed for all those people who are putting into practice a diet to lose weight or maintenance and want to eat something different and that does not make them incorporate a large amount of calories.

Ingredients:

> 1 kilo of chicken supreme.

> 1 small red pepper.

> 1 small green bell pepper.

> 1 onion.

> 1 clove of garlic.

> 1 green onion.

> Salt.

> Pepper.

> Chopsticks.

> Vegetable spray.

Preparation:

First you must carefully wash the chicken supreme, then dry them and with a rolling pin or kitchen hammer you must gently crush them so that the meat is finer. On the other hand, you will have to cut the garlic clove, the green onion, the common onion, the red bell pepper and the green bell pepper very finely.

Once all the vegetables are chopped you should mix them well. Finally, you will have to place 2 tablespoons of the mixture on top and make a roll, you will have to join the ends with toothpicks so that the filling does not escape and season with salt and pepper to taste. Finally you will have to place the rolls in a baking dish previously sprinkled with vegetable spray and cook for 35 minutes in a moderate oven.
