Light sponge cake

Continuing with our light posts, I am bringing you today an ideal recipe to use for dessert and not gain weight when eating a portion.

The advantage of this recipe is that we change the refined wheat flour for whole wheat flour and oat or wheat bran. We change butter for vegetable dew and sugar for sweetener.
Each serving of this light sponge cake has less than 75 calories.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 tbsp. whole flour tureens
2 tbsp. tureens of oat or wheat bran
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. dessert size of sweetener
1 tsp. vanilla essence
Lemon zest
Vegetable dew

Preparation:
Take the vanilla, the sweetener, the lemon zest, the baking powder and the eggs and put it in a bold that you will start to beat until you get what is called perfect point.

Now, add the powdered milk with a small sieve and mix in circles until all the elements are mixed.

Now put it in a sponge cake mold and add the preparation to take it to the oven at moderate temperature for half an hour.
