Light recipe: Salad with Kani-Kama

This is a perfect preparation for people who are following a diet to lose a few pounds. It is made with elements that are low in calories, fresh, nutritious, easy to get and cheap, which will allow you to eat a tasty and different meal to exceed your diet.

This salad is made mainly with Kani-Kama, which is a low-calorie food and is used in most diets, along with the incorporation of vegetables that are also allowed. TOWell, you should eat 2 servings maximum per day, but you will incorporate more calories.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

»500g. of kani-kama cut into squares.

»1 ½ cup julienned celery.

»300g. cherry tomatoes cut in half.

»4 tablespoons of green onion cut in julienne.

»½ cup of light mayonnaise.

»70g. diced green chili pepper.

»Dressing: 6 tablespoons of skim milk, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, salt and pepper.

Preparation:

Before starting to prepare the salad you must clean the place where you are going to work, sanitize your hands, carefully wash the vegetables that are detailed above and finally have all the elements that you are going to use at your fingertips, the order and cleanliness when cooking.

You will have to take a large bowl and in it mix the kani - kama, the cherry tomatoes, the celery, the chili pepper, the green onion, the light mayonnaise and half of the dressing. Then place in the refrigerator uncovered for at least 1 ¼ hour. Finally you should serve the salad and drizzle the remaining dressing.
