Light pear cake

This is a recipe designed for those people who are following a diet to lose weight and want to enjoy a sweet and rich preparation without incorporating excess calories. Being made with light elements or that have a low amount of calories, it will not make you fat when you eat it.

This light cake is basically made with pears that are a non-fattening element and used in many diets that are intended for people to lose weight. Of course, it is recommended that you do not exceed the amount of cake you eat because you will inevitably be getting fat.

Ingredients:

»2 teaspoons of baking powder.

»8 pears.

»300g. Of flour.

»Light margarine.

»3 tablespoons of sweetener.

»2 tablespoons of natural lemon juice.

»50g. cornstarch.

" 1 egg.

»1 egg white.

Preparation:

First you will have to brush the pan with the light margarine. Then you will have to peel all the pears and cut them into thin slices without breaking them and place them on the floor of the pan. In a bowl you will have to mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, lemon juice, sweetener and 1 egg, and pour it over the pears.

Then you will have to place another layer of pears and pour in the lightly beaten egg white. Finally, you must cook this preparation in the oven previously heated over low heat for 40 minutes. You must let the cake cool to serve it, you can accompany it with any type of infusion.
