Light peach dessert

This is a recipe designed for those who are on a diet to lose weight or maintenance. Being made with elements that have a low caloric content, it will allow you to savor a rich and different preparation, ideal for fans of sweet desserts.

This dessert is basically prepared with peaches, it is a seasonal fruit that is not fattening and widely used in all diets that are intended for people to lose weight. Of course, it is recommended that you do not exceed the amount of dessert you eat because you will incorporate more calories.

Ingredients

»1 kilo of fresh peaches.

»1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon.

»3 cinnamon sticks.

" Black pepper.

»3 cloves.

»3 tablespoons of light peach jam.

" Water.

»2 tablespoons of liquid sweetener.

»2 tablespoons of powdered sweetener.

»250g. of light milk cream.

Preparation:

First you will have to beat the milk cream until it has a thick consistency and stays on its own, you can only add powdered sweetener to give it flavor. Then you will have to thoroughly wash the peaches, cut them in half and remove the pits.

In a pot you should place the stones, the cinnamon powder, the cinnamon stick, the pepper, the cloves, the jam and the liquid sweetener, cover with water and cook for 30 minutes. Once that time has elapsed add the peaches, again cover with water and cook for 15 minutes. You will have to let it cool and serve it in casseroles accompanied by the whipped cream.
