Ingredients:

»1 kilo of watermelon.

»1 kilo of peaches.

»150cc. skim milk.

»100cc. of water.

»1 tablespoon of liquid sweetener.

»1 tablespoon of light vanilla essence.

Preparation:

First you will have to remove the peel, the seeds and the pits from the watermelon and peaches, then you will have to cut the fruits into medium pieces and process them until obtaining a cream that does not contain lumps. You will have to put the preparation in the fridge for 30 minutes for the flavors to settle.

Remove the preparation from the refrigerator and add the skim milk, water, liquid sweetener and vanilla essence and mix all the elements well. Finally, you must place the preparation in the fridge for 15 more minutes and you can now serve it in any kind of glass.
