Light mango smoothie in thermomix

This is a light drink, very simple to make and to make it you will need very few ingredients and also time since we will have the help of the thermomix. You can drink it at any time of the day and in the afternoon at snack time.

Ingredients:

6 slices of natural mango.

1 banana.

1 glass of skim milk.

2 light yoghurts mango flavor.

crushed ice, to taste.

ground cinnamon.

Preparation:

Place the mango slices, banana, yogurts and skim milk in the themomix glass and blend for 1 minute at 8 to 10 speed until you have a smooth and creamy mixture.
