Light lemonade

»1 kilo of lemon.
»1 ½ of water.
»3 teaspoons of concentrated stevia liquid.
" Ice cubes.


First you must take the kilo of lemon and squeeze it, you will have to achieve a juice that does not contain seeds and the least amount of pulp. It is recommended that you make the juice in a fruit extractor or juicer to take full advantage of the liquid content of the fruits.

Once you have made the juice you will have to place it in a jug, preferably glass, and add the water and stevia and stir well. You should let it cool for 15 minutes in the fridge. Then serve in any kind of glass with some ice cubes, you can place a lemon slice to decorate it.
