Light green chicken

This light green chicken recipe is a very easy preparation that requires a minimum amount of elements. It is specially designed for those people who are doing a diet to lose weight and want to eat something rich and different but that does not make them gain excess weight.

The recipe has as main elements the chicken and the green, you can make it with any part of the chicken but it is recommended that you use supreme because it is the area that has the least amount of fat. Of course, do not exceed the amounts you incorporate because otherwise you will gain weight.

Ingredients:

> 1 kilo of chicken supreme.
> 3 cloves of garlic.
> 300g. green onions.
> 100cc. skim milk.
> 100cc. of skim milk cream.
> 50g. of skim white cheese.
> Salt.
> Pepper.
> Sunflower oil.
> Fresh parsley leaves.

Preparation:

First you will have to wash the chicken supreme, place them in a baking dish previously greased with the sunflower oil and cook them in a moderate oven for 20 minutes, after that time you will have to turn them over and cook them for 20 more minutes.

On the other hand, you must cut the garlic cloves and green onions very finely and sauté them in a pan previously greased with oil. Once they are cooked you will have to add the milk, cream and white cheese, season with salt and pepper, mix well and cook for 15 minutes. Serve the supreme hot with the sauce, you can decorate with fresh parsley leaves.
