Light fish cake

This recipe is specially designed for those people who are doing a diet to lose weight because it is composed of elements that do not make you fat, by ingesting this preparation you will provide your body with a minimum amount of calories.

If you prepare it as detailed below, you can also eat a different, rich meal that is mostly not included in the menu of the diets practiced by people. It is important to clarify that you will not be able to overeat this preparation because in this way you will incorporate calories in greater quantity.

Ingredients (5 servings):

  • 1 kilo of fish without bones of choice.
  • 4 egg whites.
  • Salt
  • Pepper.
  • Nutmeg.
  • 3 tablespoons of parsley.
  • 500cc. skim milk.
  • Vegetable dew.
  • 50g. Of flour.

Preparation

First you will have to prepare the white sauce by placing in a pot and mixing the flour and milk well over low heat, once a paste is formed you must add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste and stir constantly until it boils, then remove from the fire.

Then you will have to cook the fish in the oven or on the grill, cut it into small pieces, add it to the white sauce together with the parsley, egg whites, salt and pepper to taste and mix the preparation well. Place the pasta in a mold previously sprinkled with vegetable spray and cook in a bain-marie until the top is browned.
