This is a very easy to make light recipe that you can make in a short time, it has a delicious flavor and only requires a minimum amount of elements. It is basically made with chicken, vegetables and some light elements. You can incorporate it at any time of the day.

This recipe for light cream chicken is ideal for all those who are putting into practice a diet to lose weight or a maintenance plan because if you incorporate it in the right amounts, it will provide you with a minimum amount of calories.

Ingredients:

> 1 kilos of chicken supreme.
> 2 onions.
> 1 clove of garlic.
> ½ kilo of potatoes.
> 200cc. light or homemade broth.
> 100cc. skim milk.
> 50cc. of skim milk cream.
> Salt.
> Pepper.
> Parsley.
> Olive oil.

Preparation:

First you will have to peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into small cubes. On the other hand you will have to peel the garlic clove and the onions, cut them very finely and sauté them in a very hot pan previously greased with olive oil, the vegetables should be transparent.

When the vegetables are cooked you will have to add the broth and the potatoes, mix well and cook for 20 minutes. Finally you must add the chicken, milk, cream, salt, pepper and parsley, mix well and cook for 30 minutes. You can accompany it with any kind of garnish.
