»200g. of boiled brown rice.

»3 boiled egg whites cut into chunks.
»50g. of boiled potatoes cut into cubes.

" Olive oil.
»Light mayonnaise reduced with natural lemon juice.
Preparation:
First you will have to cook the chicken in the oven or the grill until it is well cooked, let it cool and cut it into small cubes. Then, in a container, add the chicken, rice, peas, tomatoes, onions, corn, carrots, beets, cabbage, egg whites and potatoes, and mix all the elements well.
