This recipe is very simple to make, which you can make in a short time and requires a minimum amount of elements, it is basically made with chicken. Now, it is a preparation that you can eat at any meal of the day, be it at lunch or dinner.

This light chicken pie was specially designed for all those who are on a diet to lose weight or a maintenance plan because if you incorporate it in the correct amounts, it will only provide you with a minimum amount of calories.

Ingredients:

»1 kilo of boneless chicken.
" 2 egg whites.
»250cc. skim milk.
" Salt.
" Pepper.
" Oregano.
»Vegetable spray.

Preparation:

You will first need to carefully wash the chicken, cut it into small pieces, and cook it in the oven or on the griddle. Once it is cooked you should let it cool, then process it until it is in very small pieces and place it in a large container.

In the container you will have to add the egg whites, skim milk, salt, pepper and oregano and mix well. You should place the preparation in a mold previously sprayed with vegetable spray and cook it in a bain-marie until the top is browned.
