Ingredients:

»1 kilo of chicken (breast or thigh).
»100g. of red pepper.
»100g. green chili pepper.
»100g. of red cabbage.
»100g. carrot.
»100g. of onion.
»100g. White cabbage.
" 3 tablespoons olive oil.
" Salt.
" Pepper.

Preparation:

You will first need to wash the chicken and cut it into thin strips. On the other hand, you must peel and grate the carrots and cut the red pepper, the green pepper, the red cabbage, the onion and the white cabbage very finely, and place the chicken and the vegetables separately in a container with a lid and leave them in the refrigerator up to 15 minutes before use.
