Light chard sandwiches

This is a light recipe that is very simple to put into practice, that you can make in a short time, that has a rich and smooth flavor and that only requires a minimum amount of elements. However, it is basically made with chard, some vegetables and a few light elements.

This recipe for light chard sandwiches is ideal for all those who are putting into practice a diet to lose weight or a maintenance plan because if you incorporate it in the correct amounts it will only provide you with a minimum amount of calories.

Ingredients:

> 3 bundles of chard.
> 1 clove of garlic.
> 1 green onion.
> 1 egg.
> 100g. whole wheat flour
> 200cc. skim milk.
> 2 tablespoons of skim cheese.
> Salt.
> Pepper.
> Vegetable spray.
> Olive oil.

Preparation:

First, you must wash the bundles of chard, cut the leaves, boil the leaves for 15 minutes, remove the excess water, let them cool and cut them into medium pieces. On the other hand, you must peel the garlic clove and the green onion, cut them very small and sauté them in a hot pan previously greased with olive oil.

In a container you should place the chard, garlic, onion, egg, flour, skim milk, cheese, salt and pepper and mix all the elements well. In a baking dish sprinkled with vegetable spray you should place separate tablespoons of this preparation. You should cook both sides in a moderate oven until both parts are browned.
