Light barbecue sauce

Below is detailed the preparation of the barbecue light sauce, it is very easy to make and this preparation will allow you to flavor different elements without getting fat. Now, it is important that you do not exceed the amount of dressing you consume because otherwise you will be incorporating many calories.

Ingredients:

»1 cup of common onion.
»1 cup of green onion.
»1 small red bell pepper.
»1 small green bell pepper.
»1 cup of light ketchup.
" 2 cups of water.
»½ cup of natural lemon juice.
»3 tablespoons of vinegar.
»4 tablespoons of light mustard.
»2 tablespoons of sweetener.
" 1 tablespoon of salt.
" Pepper.
" Peppers.

Preparation:

First you must finely chop the common onion, the green onion, the red pepper and the green pepper. It is important that before chopping the onion you peel it, place it in a container with hot water and leave it there for 30 minutes to remove its strong smell and taste.

Then you must place all the elements and seasonings in a pot and mix them very well. Then you will have to cook the mixture over medium heat for 20 minutes and remove from the heat. This sauce can be used hot to flavor different meats or cold to season vegetables.
