Ingredients:

»600g. of bananas.
»600g. of tangerines.
»150cc. of water.
»100cc. skim milk.
»1 tablespoon of liquid or powdered sweetener.
»1 tablespoon of light vanilla essence.

Preparation:

First you will have to carefully peel all the bananas, you will also have to peel all the tangerines and remove all the seeds and skins. Then you must process all the bananas and tangerines until obtaining a cream or paste that does not contain lumps or pieces of fruit.
