Ingredients:

»1 kilo of bananas.

»1 kilo of grapefruits.

»100cc. of water.

»100cc. skim milk.

»1 tablespoon of powdered sweetener.

»2 tablespoons of honey.

Preparation:

You will first need to peel all the bananas and grapefruits and carefully remove all the seeds. You will have to cut both fruits into medium pieces, then process them into a cream that does not contain lumps and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to settle.

You must remove the preparation from the refrigerator and add the water, skim milk, powdered sweetener and honey and mix all the elements well. Finally, you should take the preparation to the fridge for 15 more minutes and you can now serve it in any kind of glass.
