Light recipe: Apple Pudding

This is a recipe devised for people who are on a diet to lose weight or maintenance. Being specially prepared with elements that have a low caloric content, it will allow you to savor a rich and different preparation, ideal for those with a sweet tooth.

This pudding is made from apples, it is a fruit that does not make you fat and is used in all diets that are intended for people to lose weight. Of course, it is recommended that you do not exceed the amount of pudding you eat because you will spoil the effort made and you will gain weight.

Ingredients:

»Water: 150cm3.

»Apples: 6.

»Sweetener: 2 tablespoons.

»Cornstarch 20g.

»Eggs: 1.

»Light vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon of tea.

»Light butter: 150g.

»Flour: 200g.

»Baking powder: 1 teaspoon of tea.

Preparation:

First you will have to spread the pan with a minimum amount of light butter. Then you will have to cut the apples into slices as thinly as you can and place them in the pan. Take a container, mix in it the cornstarch, baking powder and flour, once the 3 elements are integrated you will have to sift them and then spread them over the apples.

In another container you must beat the egg, the essence of light vanilla. and the sweetener, when they are mixed evenly, you should slowly add the water and then pour it into the pan. You will have to cook this preparation in the oven at low temperature for 40 minutes.
