This light leek cake is made with vegetables and light elements, it is a very easy preparation to make and with elements that are easy to acquire. Of course, it is recommended that you do not exceed the amount of cake you eat because you will spoil the effort made and you will gain weight.
»1 light cake top.
»500g. of leek.
»200g. of onion.
" 2 egg whites.
»1 red pepper.
»1 green pepper.
»3 tablespoons of grated light cheese.
»3 tablespoons of light white cheese.
" 2 tablespoons olive oil.
You will first need to place the pie crust in a pan sprinkled with vegetable spray. Then you will have to cut the leek, onion, red pepper and green pepper into very small pieces and then sauté them in a large pan with the olive oil, they should be well cooked.
Once the vegetables are cooked you will have to add the white cheese, the grated cheese and the egg whites and mix well, then season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Finally, pour the mixture over the dough and cook it in a moderate oven until the dough is golden.
