Low calorie apple, carrot, lemon and orange juice

This delicious smoothie is a very energetic low calorie smoothie, ideal for raising defenses and preventing colds due to its great concentrate of vitamins C, and it also helps tanning, as well as being very refreshing and digestive.

Ingredients

1 large carrot
1 and ½ cups of orange juice, squeezed and strained
1 teaspoon powdered sweetener
¼ cup lemon juice
Ice required amount

Preparation

Put the washed carrots in a blender jar and brush them with their skin, cut into slices, together with the lemon juice and orange juice, blend and add the seedless apples with skin and the powdered sweetener and blend again.
