Iron: salad of lentils, tomatoes and lettuce

This rich salad will provide you with a lot of essential iron for all types of diet. In addition, it is quick and easy to make since in just 15 minutes you will have a garnish for 3 to 5 people, which goes very well with any meat dish.

Ingredients

3 large tomatoes without skin
6 tablespoons of cooked lentils
Lettuce amount needed
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sal Island
Pepper

Preparation

Wash the lettuce very well, dry it and put it in a deep base plate, salt them and add 1 tablespoon of the two of olive oil and let it rest for 2 minutes to take flavor.

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, put them in a container and mix them with the lentils, with the last tablespoon of the olive oil, the salt and the pepper and put it on top of the lettuce.
