Do you want to learn how to make a homemade chocolate ice cream in 5 minutes and with only three ingredients? In this note we explain everything you need to get it.

Ideal to cool off this summer avoiding additives in industrial products, this chocolate ice cream is also an excellent opportunity to get children to have fun learning to cook. Let them help you with the elaborations and later they will enjoy it much more.

Ingredients:

500 ml of liquid cream
400 ml of condensed milk
40 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder

A few hours before preparing the ice cream, put the bowl in the freezer where you will later whip the cream. It is also very important that you put the liquid cream and the rod in the refrigerator.

Pour the condensed milk into a medium bowl and add the cocoa. Do it little by little while stirring the mixture.

Then go to the refrigerator and remove the bowl, the liquid cream and the rod. Pour the cream into the bowl and beat until half-whipped.

Add the condensed milk with cocoa little by little, wrapping the creamy mixture with a spatula. Finally, pour the mixture into a metal container and place it in the freezer. Leave it there for at least 3 hours, although ideally it should stay overnight. After that time, you will have a delicious homemade chocolate ice cream ready to enjoy with your family or friends.

Notes: Make sure the cream has at least 35% fat or it will cost you more to mount it.
