Difference between acidic and alkaline foods

Foods in general are divided into acids that are processed foods and that provide the body with minerals, proteins, fats and fibers among other things, and alkalines that are mainly produced by nature and are responsible for regulating the substances of the organism. Both must be present in a balanced way in the body for healthy health and optimal development of stomach functions.

In the group of acidic foods you can find coffee, fish, sugar, olives, alcohol, noodles, eggs and milk among other foods. In the group of alkaline foods you can find coconut, honey, fresh vegetables, maple syrup and raisins among other foods.

    Resentingly, my 13-year-old huja and I, 46, underwent a medical examination by scanning, and the result struck me down because we found that my daughter is alkaline and I am acidic, in my case I was diagnosed with a painful deterioration in vital organs such as stomachs, thyroid, digestive system, inflammation of the lungs etc. We both have to eat different diets and, for my part, a good number of daily medications, but I don't know what to do to eat for each one, nor to differentiate between an alkaline and non-acidic food to prepare what is adequate for each one.     1 years ago I had a colon surgery, a tumor was removed.
    Although now I feel very well I need to go on a diet
    with 80% alkaline and 20 acid.
