Breakfast: 1 infusion of your choice, 1 low-fat yogurt and 1 apple.
Mid-morning: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 apple.
Lunch: 2 cups of light broth and low-fat yogurt. You can eat the amount of yogurt you want.
Mid-afternoon: 1 infusion of your choice and 1 low-fat yogurt.
Snack: 1 infusion of your choice, 1 skim yogurt and 1 apple.
Dinner: 2 cups of light broth and apples. You can eat as many apples as you want.
After dinner: 1 infusion of your choice.
