Diet to clean the stomach

This is a diet specially designed for all those people who need to clean their stomach. It is a simple plan to carry out and of short duration, it is based on the intake of different foods. Of course, it is important to mention that you can only do it for a maximum of 2 days.

If you are determined to carry out this diet you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, sweeten all the infusions with sweetener or drink them bitter and season the meals with salt and sunflower oil minimally. . You must repeat the menu detailed below every day that you make the plan.

Daily menu:

Breakfast: 2 cups of boldo or chamomile tea and 1 grated green apple.

Mid-morning: 1 glass of orange or grapefruit juice.

Lunch: 1 portion white rice with cheese for salut and 1 portion of gelatin.

Snack: 2 cups of green tea and 1 pear.

Dinner: 100g. natural tuna, 1 portion of pumpkin or pumpkin puree and 1 portion of gelatin.

Before going to bed: 1 cup of regular tea with honey.
