Diet for those who suffer from colic

stomach pain

This is a diet specially designed for those who are suffering from stomach cramps. You can do it as long as you want, so if your pain persists you should make a consultation with your doctor to rule out any type of serious disorder in your health.

You should season your meals with a minimum amount of salt and sunflower oil, drink as much water as possible as long as your stomach does not hurt and drink your bitter infusions, you cannot use sugar, honey or sweetener. You must repeat the detailed menu below on the days you make the plan.

Mid-morning: 1 cup of your choice of tea and 1 pear.

Lunch: 1 cup of your choice of homemade broth, grilled chicken, pumpkin or pumpkin puree and 1 cup of boldo tea.

Mid afternoon: 1 cup of your choice tea and 1 apple.

Snack: 1 cup of your choice of tea and 1 pear.

hello well thanks for your advice but; They told me that I had gastritis, they did the endoscopy twice and they found nothing when I eat no pain or acid or bitterness in my mouth but when I took a nap I woke up with horrible pain in my kidneys, back and stomach I go to the bathroom and start a concert of farts and rashes, I think that I suffer from colic, is that so? Tell me if you know, please, because the doc already told me that it is gastritis but I don't think it's good.
