This is a diet designed for people who study, it is made with elements that will give you energy and nutrients that will help you study better, especially in times when exams are taken, which is when people tend to be more pressured and tired.

In order to put it into practice you must have a healthy state of health, if you do physical activity it should not be excessive to avoid getting more tired. You will have to comply with all the meals detailed below and sleep at least between 7 and 8 hours daily.

Example of daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 tea with 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 glass of juice of 1 natural fruit and 3 toasts of bran bread with cheese.

Mid-morning: 1 yogurt with cereals and 1 fruit of your choice.

Lunch: lean meat, salad of your choice and 1 bar of chocolate.

Mid-afternoon: 1 glass of natural fruit juice and 4 walnuts.

Snack: 1 coffee with milk and 1 ham and cheese toast.

Dinner: chicken or fish, omelette or vegetable pudding of your choice and 1 cereal bar.

After dinner: 1 coffee and 4 almonds.

    Several critiques to make:
    1. The course hours are usually very varied and diverse, so we are not sure of being unoccupied in the middle of the morning or in the middle of the afternoon, so that those meals could be lost.
    2. The diet seems very elaborate. Beyond the obvious lack of time due to academic activities, I think spending the little free time cooking is not the most productive.
    3. The diet is very expensive, especially for the part of the squeezed fruits and juices, which bought outside the home are very expensive.
    4. A student starts his day by going to college and will probably return home just for dinner. In other words, you should eat out of your home for intermediate meals. Lean meats and salads cannot satisfy a 20-year-old's appetite. What leads him to eat other things between meals, such as having a coffee between class and class (which is not included in the diet.

    In short, the lack of time and distance from home to eat homemade meals, together with the cost of the diet to make it outside, are factors that make me see and evaluate this diet as ineffective.
    The criticism is not destructive, but constructive, since the numbers in terms of protein expenditure can close perfect, but food is not just adding and subtracting calories.     Diet is important for health; But some people abuse this, therefore they say that dieting is not eating (I think this is wrong, because when one does not eat one can faint, get sick, etc.)
