Diet for constipated people

This is a dietary regimen designed especially for all those people who, for different reasons, whether physical or emotional, suffer from the disorder known as constipation. It is a very simple plan to carry out, which can be put into practice by anyone and do it for as long as you want.

To be able to put this diet into practice you will have to have a healthy state of health, drink as much water as possible daily, season your meals minimally with salt, herbs and sunflower oil and sweeten all your infusions with sweetener or drink them bitter.

Example of daily menu:

Breakfast: 1 glass of orange juice, 1 infusion and whole wheat or bran toast.

Mid-morning: 1 portion of plum compote.

Lunch: scrambled eggs with brown rice and vegetables of your choice and fruits.

Mid afternoon: 1 low-fat yogurt with 1 tablespoon of bran.

Snack: 1 glass of grapefruit juice, 1 infusion and bran biscuits.

Dinner: meat, chicken or fish, pulses and fruit puree.

Before going to bed: 1 cup of chamomile and boldo tea.
