Diet for soccer players

This is one diet designed for men who play soccer professionally. If you are one of them, you should carry out a balanced and nutritious regimen because you have a lot of physical wear and tear. It is of great importance that you carry out the detailed plan down to the letter to fully develop yourself.

You will have to drink as much water as possible throughout the day to avoid dehydration, eat food 2 hours before each training session and, if necessary, drink a drink with extra salts after each practice. It is advisable that you undergo regular medical check-ups.

Example of daily menu

  • Breakfast: 1 glass of citrus fruit juice, 1 infusion of your choice, 2 table toasts spread with jam, 1 egg and 1 low-fat yogurt with cereals.
  • Mid-morning: 1 infusion of your choice and a medium toast.
  • Lunch: 1 cup of soup of your choice, 400g. of meat or chicken, salad of choice, 2 fruits of choice and 1 infusion of choice.
  • Mid afternoon: 1 fruit smoothie of your choice.
  • Snack: 1 tea of ​​your choice, 3 table toasts spread with jam, 1 egg and 1 low-fat yogurt with cereals.
  • Dinner: 1 cup of soup of your choice, 500g. of fish with salad and puree of your choice or 250g. of fresh pasta with filetto or white sauce, 1 cup of fruit salad and 1 infusion of your choice.
  • Before going to bed: 1 fruit smoothie of your choice.
