Chicken breast with low calorie chives sauce

Ingredients
1 chicken breast
Juice of two lemons
4 tablespoons skim cream cheese
4 tablespoons chives
4 tablespoons olive or canola oil

Preparation
Put the chicken breast without skin or fat in a roasting pan with a teaspoon of olive oil.I recommend that it be a small breast since it will be leaner and cook it in a strong preheated oven for 16 minutes 8 minutes on each side sprinkling lemon on it when you turn it over.

In a pan, put the remaining olive oil and the chopped chives, leave it for 3 minutes and add the breast that was in the oven, add the tablespoons of low-calorie cream cheese, cook over low heat for 10 minutes, serve hot.
