Ingredients:

> 1 ½ kilo of pumpkin.

> 2 bundles of chard.

> 1 green onion.

> 1 clove of garlic.

> Salt.

> 4 fresh parsley leaves.

Preparation:

You must carefully peel the pumpkin and remove all the seeds, carefully wash the chard leaves and cut the stalks and finally peel the green onion and the garlic clove. Once all the vegetables are prepared, you must cut them into medium to small pieces.
