Carrot and lemon juice

We have already spoken several times about the advantage of carrots in our nutrition. We find in them the presence of carotenes, beta-carotene (pro-vitamin A) with which we manage to transform it into vitamin A when we ingest it.

On the other hand, the lemon, complements the nutrition with a strong supply of vitamin C.

Ingredients
Carrots 4
2 lemons

Preparation
Cut the lemons and squeeze it and then strain the juice, wash the carrot with a brush and do not peel it and extract the juice.

Join the two juices, mix well, take a glass, put ice, fill it with the juice and serve. If you are replacing a meal, remember to incorporate two or three crackers of water or low calorie cereal.
