Ingredients:

> 250g. broccoli.

> 250g. of zucchini.

> 1 common onion.

> 1 green onion.

> 2 egg whites.

> 2 slices of bran bread.

> 250cc. skim milk.

> Salt.

> Pepper.

> Oregano.

> Vegetable spray.

Preparation:

First you must place the skim milk seasoned with salt and pepper in a deep plate and place the slices of bran bread, you will have to let it soak for 10 minutes. Once the time has elapsed, place the preparation in a large container.

Add the finely chopped common onion and green onion, the broccoli and zucchini previously boiled and cut into small pieces, the oregano and the egg whites beaten to snow and mix well.
