For Chinese traditional medicine bone or bone problems are attributed to a deficiency in the functioning of the kidneys, which are responsible for nourishing them at an energetic level, since they contain a very special type of energy called Jing and this is responsible for sustaining life, being the energy that our parents do not transmit when conceiving us.

Therefore a bone treatment of this ancient medicine is based on the strengthening of the kidneys, applying its different techniques such as, acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, dithotherapy and above all its so particular Phytotherapy.

This last form of treatments that are based on the use of medicinal plants capable of stimulating kidney function, to strengthen bone structure, as well as to bring any of their pathologies into balance.

Achieving through this therapy the correct elimination of fluids, by activating diuresis, which entails the elimination of toxic substances among which is uric acid, responsible for bone degeneration when it is in excess, being related diseases , rheumatism, arthritis, osteoarthritis, gout, etc.

We will mention two plants widely used for the treatment of bone problems and they are:

-Ulmaria or queen of the meadows: This plant has been used for thousands of years in China for the treatment of painful inflammatory processes, such as bone diseases and particularly chronic ones.

It is a plant very rich in salicylic acid that acts on pain and at the same time is very diuretic, which translates into the ability to eliminate the uric acid and toxins, also preventing the formation of blood clots and avoiding serious cases both at the heart and brain level, as they are responsible for the cerebrovascular accidents.

-Sauce: is the plant whose chemical components including the salicylic acid, has given rise to one of the world panaceas to fight against pain and is the “aspirin".

It has a great anti-inflammatory power, reduces pain and joint stiffness, which is why it is used to treat rheumatism in general, as well as lumbago.
