A delicious low calorie salad, quick to make without cooking, will yield 5 servings. Ideal to be a good accompaniment to vegetable cakes, with zucchini pudding or all kinds of meat.
Ingredients
2 medium onions, julienned
2 large, not very ripe tomatoes
2 large carrots, chopped
Lettuce quantity needed
Olive oil required amount
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Preparation
Cut the onions cut into julienne strips, the tomatoes cut into cubes, the carrots, grate them finely, and the olives cut into small wheels. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
To assemble the salad, put the washed and dried lettuce leaves at the base. Put the mixture of tomatoes, onion and olives in wheels in the center. And make a hole in the center with the chopped carrot.
Rose the salad with the mixture made in the bowl and serve.
