Basil Pesto

Ingredients

- 50 grams of sunflower seeds, raw and unsalted
- 120 gramos de Clarified butterIn case of not finding it, we can substitute it with extra virgin olive oil or else virgin coconut oil, the latter will give it a tropical touch
- 1 tooth of it
- shawl to taste
In some other recipes and in the traditional recipe, they include Parmesan cheese or pine nuts are used instead of the pipes, however, the pipes work very well and are much cheaper.
Preparation
We will need a blender and a cylindrical container suitable to beat the sauce.
- We will put a few hours before preparing the sauce sunflower seeds soak, in water.

- If you want it more liquid you just need to add a little more of Water.
A perfect sauce to add to pasta, rice, salads, potatoes, toasts, puff pastry, legumes, etc. Suitable for any time of the year, a fresh sauce that we will keep in a glass container in the fridge. It is preferable to consume it daily, since this way you do not lose any property.
