Banana and honey smoothie to gain weight

This banana and honey smoothie is especially suitable for all those adults, young people and children who for some reason want to go on a diet to gain weight and increase those much needed kilos.

This preparation is very simple to make, it does not require many ingredients and the fundamental thing about this shake is that it will provide your body with a significant amount of minerals, vitamins and calcium.

Ingredients:

>> 1 liter of whole milk.

>> 6 ripe bananas.

>> 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence.

>> 6 tablespoons of honey.

>> 6 tablespoons of sugar.

Preparation:

Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks. Then pour them into the blender glass and add the milk, sugar, honey and vanilla essence.

Blend all these ingredients and pour the preparation into a jar. Serve the shake in glasses of your choice.
