Light pumpkin, carrot and corn pudding.

This is a recipe devised for people who are on a diet to lose those extra pounds. Being specially made with elements that have a low caloric content, it will allow you to savor a rich, different and light preparation.

This pudding is made from carrots, pumpkin and corn, they are vegetables that are used in all diets that are intended for people to lose weight. Of course, it is recommended that you do not exceed the amount of pudding you eat because you will spoil the effort made and you will gain weight.

IIngredients (5 servings):

»1 ½ kilo of carrots.

»1 ½ kilo of pumpkin.

»1 kilo of corn.

" 3 egg whites.

»6 tablespoons of skim white cheese.

»Vegetable spray.

" Salt

" Pepper.

»Sweet paprika.

Preparation:

First you will have to boil the carrots, pumpkin and corn separately. Once they are cooked, you should mash the pumpkin and carrot until obtaining a puree that does not have lumps and shelling the corn without breaking its teeth, and let all the elements cool naturally.

In a container you will have to place the pumpkin and the carrot and the corn kernels and mix well. Then add the 3 egg whites, cheese and seasonings to taste and mix again. Finally you will have to place the preparation in a pan previously sprinkled with vegetable spray and cook in the oven over medium heat for 30 minutes.
